Interactive 360° scenarios filmed in Thai help AIS teams practise customer conversations and service decisions, with delivery through WarpVR on headsets and mobile devices.

The scenarios use filmed customer-service situations in Thai. Learners make service decisions within the experience, with WarpVR supporting delivery on VR headsets and mobile devices.
