AI tools and workflow software for a bank

We work with a confidential banking client on an AI knowledge platform and a custom application for monitoring online workflows. The engagement covers development and the continuing work of running the systems: hosting, upgrades, troubleshooting and changes based on feedback from the team using them.

Operating an AI knowledge platform

We deployed and maintained an existing open-source AI knowledge platform, adapting its infrastructure and configuration for the client. Our work has included server migration, platform upgrades and changes to document indexing.

Running the platform also meant investigating model usage and operating costs. We reviewed retrieval behaviour, worked through configuration issues and prepared an upgraded test environment with documentation for the client's reviewers.

Building a custom monitoring application

Alongside the AI platform, we developed a browser application that supports recorded journeys through websites, captures QR codes and presents results for an operator to review.

The work progressed from a live prototype into improvements to the interface and reporting. We refined provider identification and account-detail extraction, added more detailed views of results and investigated problems with recording and replaying journeys.

Client feedback shaped changes to report presentation, session handling and the reliability of recorded workflows.

Supporting the software after launch

We continue to maintain the infrastructure and investigate issues. The engagement also includes API development and marketing workflow automation. Features and upgrades move through review and testing alongside support for the applications already in use.

The client is unnamed and this case study uses no customer screenshots or operational data. It describes the work supported by our September 2026 records, without claiming regulatory certification, bank-wide adoption or measured financial outcomes.
