About VRG

VRG is a software studio in Bangkok with over 10 years of experience and more than 100 projects delivered. We build custom software, VR training simulations and AI systems for enterprise clients, including projects that combine these technologies.

James Wood, Managing Director

James Wood leads the studio, and Varunee Suwannapit oversees accounting and operations. We work with a small network of contractors and assemble the team around each project.

Our software work includes SaaS platforms, enterprise web applications, AI tools and automation. We also build VR training simulations and interactive 3D experiences for clients in safety, energy and education.

Recent projects include b2blead.ai, a SaaS product that uses conversational AI to qualify B2B leads from website traffic. It combines content ingestion and automated follow-up, and we improve it through regular releases and user feedback.

Clients often bring us in when requirements are still taking shape or a deadline is close. We also work on projects that combine software, AI and immersive technology.
