About VRG

VRG is a Bangkok-based software studio with over 10 years of experience and 100+ projects shipped. We build custom software, VR training simulations, and AI-powered systems for enterprise clients who need practical solutions that don't fit neatly into a single box.

The studio is led by James Wood, with Varunee Suwannpit overseeing accounting and operations. We work with a small, flexible network of contractors, allowing us to stay lean while moving quickly.

Our core strength is custom software development. We design and ship production-ready systems — from SaaS platforms and enterprise web applications to AI-powered tools and automation. We also build immersive VR training simulations and interactive 3D experiences for clients in safety, energy, and education.

Recent projects include b2blead.ai, a SaaS product that combines conversational AI, automation, and data ingestion to turn website traffic into qualified B2B leads. It reflects how we approach all our work: fast iteration, clear thinking, and a focus on delivering systems that actually get used.
