b2blead.ai — conversational lead generation

We built the engineering, AI and integrations behind b2blead.ai, with UX and UI design by VIMI. The platform answers website visitors’ questions using company content, qualifies enquiries and sends leads to a CRM with the conversation attached.

Planning a software or AI project

What should we prepare for a first conversation?

Bring the workflow you want to improve, who will use the software and the systems it needs to connect to. Existing screens, example documents and a list of essential tasks help us scope a useful first release. You do not need a technical specification to start.

How much does custom software development cost?

The scope determines the price: user roles, integrations, data migration, security requirements and support all affect the work. We agree the first release and its acceptance criteria before quoting. For an uncertain AI feature, a focused prototype can help establish feasibility before committing to a larger build.

Can an AI chatbot use our documents and connect to our CRM?

Yes. We can build a chatbot that retrieves information from approved company content and passes enquiries to your CRM. During scoping, we check content quality, access permissions, the CRM’s API and what the bot should do when it cannot answer reliably.

How do you check that an AI application is ready to launch?

We agree representative questions and workflows, test expected and incorrect inputs, and check permissions and integration failures. We also define when a person should take over, how issues are monitored and who maintains the source content after launch.
